01 General Terms & Conditions

Btbt bet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "our platform", or "btbt bet") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including those in Bangladesh.

02 Account Register

Only one btbt bet account is permitted per person, household, or residence. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is not allowed.

• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be real and verifiable.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify btbt bet Support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account without btbt bet's authorization is strictly prohibited.

03 Age & Eligibility

To participate on btbt bet, users must be 18 years of age or older. We may request age verification documents at any time — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

Access is prohibited from any country or region where online gaming is illegal. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Btbt bet supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Minimum and maximum limits apply per payment channel.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals. No withdrawal will be approved without completed verification. btbt bet may take anywhere from 5 minutes up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Btbt bet reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawal requests below the minimum withdrawal amount will not be processed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Btbt bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus offer carries its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

All bonuses come with a wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wager amount has been met. At btbt bet, the wagering requirement is typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per person or household.
• Once a bonus expires, the balance will be automatically voided.
• Wagering contribution may be at a reduced percentage for certain games when using a bonus.
• Btbt bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

06 Gaming Rules

Each game on btbt bet has its own rules, available within the game interface. In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, btbt bet will endeavor to refund the bet for that round.

Btbt bet reserves the right to change odds or cancel events in Sports Betting. If an event is officially cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btbt bet. If detected, your account may be terminated and legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated bots, software, or artificial means to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Exploiting technical glitches or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing btbt bet staff or other users.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Btbt bet may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons. Users may not receive advance notice prior to account closure.

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If evidence of suspicious activity or fraud is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
